Tyler Florence
FOUNDER
After over 20 years as a Food Network star, Tyler has captivated millions of viewers on numerous hit shows, including "The Great Food Truck Race," "Tyler's Ultimate," and "Food 911," among many others. But his reach and influence goes well beyond his cooking shows, as he has built a multi-million dollar business with restaurants (Wayfare Tavern, Tyler Florence Fresh) and other endeavors.
Tyler’s most recent venture is the launch of The Monarch Collective, his production company. His debut project, a feature-length documentary called “Uncrushable,” brought to the screen a hear-wrenching but inspiring story about the 2017 Northern California Wildfires.
Currently, The Monarch Collective works extensively with well-known brands like See’s Candies, Innit and TK to create compelling digital marketing content. His digital companion series to The Great Food Truck Race – The Extra Mile – has taken him into kitchens across America as he uncovers the best stories, dishes and food experiences on the road.
